What is the difference between Standard, Deep, and End of Tenancy Cleaning?
- Standard Cleaning → Routine upkeep (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen & bathroom wipe-downs).
- Deep Cleaning → More detailed, covering hidden/neglected areas (inside appliances, cupboards, skirting boards, grout).
- End of Tenancy Cleaning (Move-Out/Move-In) → Full inspection-ready service designed to meet landlord/agent standards, including inside all appliances, full bathroom sanitisation, windows, and spot wall cleaning.
How do I pay for services?
We accept online card payments (via Stripe/PayPal), bank transfer for larger jobs, and contactless on-site for one-off cleans. A small deposit may be required for deep cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and end-of-tenancy bookings.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Late cancellations may incur a small fee to cover staff scheduling.
Do you guarantee End of Tenancy cleans?
Yes. Our Move-Out/Move-In service follows a detailed checklist to meet letting agent and landlord standards. If something is missed, we’ll return free of charge to put it right.
Do you serve areas outside Swindon?
Our core service area is Swindon (SN1–SN26). We also cover nearby Wiltshire towns (e.g., Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth, Wroughton). Jobs further afield may include a small travel charge.
Do you offer one-off or recurring cleaning?
Both! You can book a one-off service (deep, tenancy, or post-construction), or set up a regular schedule for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning.
