Location: Swindon (Hybrid – Field & Remote Coordination)
The Facilities Cleaning Coordinator plays a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run efficiently across multiple client sites.
You’ll oversee scheduling, compliance, and performance standards — ensuring each project meets ClearSpace quality, safety, and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily cleaning projects across Swindon and Wiltshire
- Conduct quality inspections and report findings to management
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and insurance standards
- Manage on-site materials, eco-product usage, and equipment logs
- Liaise with clients, staff, and management for service updates
- Support training of new Cleaning Technicians and reinforce company standards
Requirements:
- Prior experience in facilities coordination, cleaning management, or hospitality operations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office / digital scheduling tools
- Understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH standards
- DBS check required
